Growth Product Manager

Your outcomes

• Own and develop registration and onboarding parts of Smartcat user journeys: build a monitoring process, create metrics, set and achieve goals on your way to x2 conversion rates into an MQL (LSPs and Corporate clients) and from an MQL into a PQL in the first 6 months.
• Identify bottlenecks, suggest and test 2-4 hypotheses per month to eliminate friction in the user journeys, shorten time to value and speed up the activation.
• Establish fast collaboration with Smartcat product owners, marketing and customer facing teams to incorporate their feedback and values they create to drive Product Lead Growth along the user Journeys.

Requirements

• Solid achievements as a product manager in B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms with a focus on product-led growth.
• Excellent control of customer-driven product development and experience of achieving the product-market fit through deep understanding of your customer needs and pain points.
• Experience in generating and fast checking of product hypotheses leading to consistent growth.
• Ability to understand the Smartcat product strategy and the platform’s functionality. We are building a market network for the global language industry, while engaging several sides of the marketplace and running several products combined in the all-in-one platform offering.
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with colleagues, customers, and partners.
