Their dotMemory and dotTrace profiling tools have been helping developers write fast, quality code for many years. Now they're looking for QA Engineer.

Responsibilities
- Testing new functionality and integration with Visual Studio and Rider.
- Testing profilers on Windows, Linux and macOS.
- Track bugs and manage tasks in YouTrack.
- Regression testing.
- Maintaining test documentation.
- Supporting users, analyzing feedback, and reproducing issues.
- Maintaining constant communication with the development team to ensure your complete familiarity with the product architecture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in QA and/or customer support for commercial software tools.
- Experience of working with Visual Studio or any IntelliJ-based IDE.
- Understanding software testing processes.
- Knowledge of C# or Java well enough to understand other people's code and write your own simple applications.
- Experience in testing without functional specifications.
- Ability to explain complex ideas in simple words.
- Be prepared to reproduce complex issues.
- Can identify the cause of an issue just by looking at a screenshot.
- Believe that any software is made for its users.
- Insist that software products should be user-friendly and adhere to the highest standards of quality.
Nice to have:
- Good written English.
- Experience testing IDEs or cross-platform applications.
- Comfortable working with Linux and macOS consoles.
- Familiar with .NET Framework, .NET Core, Mono, and Unity.
- Understanding of memory and performance profiling.
