Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining an active and loyal community around the brand on social networks (such as Discord, Reddit, Telegram) and in our forums and blogs.
• Monitoring bug reports, reviews, and suggestions from users, handling feedback, and promptly responding to requests and comments in the communities.
• Cooperating with Marketing, Sales, Development, and Technical Support Departments to improve the company's products and services.
• Analysing the effectiveness of current community strategies and developing proposals for their improvement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (Advanced or above).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the high-tech or hardware industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build dialogue with different types of audiences.
• Understanding the specifics of working with technically oriented products.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• A passion for hardware and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field, or you are eager to learn more about hardware.
• Experience of participating in building a community.
• Experience moderating subreddits, forums, and Discord servers.
• Skills in the development and implementation of user interaction strategies, including regular promotions, competitions, and other events aimed at increasing user engagement.
