Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Research and develop advanced algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
• Implement and oversee A/B tests for deployed models, ensuring continuous improvement and accuracy.
• Develop pipelines for automated data collection and processing.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Create and present insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and integrate relevant innovations.

What kind of experience is needed for this

• At least four years of experience in Data Science, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Deep knowledge and experience in training and applying Machine & Deep Learning algorithms (e.g., regression/classification, Decision Trees, Bagging/Boosting, PCA, CNNs, Transformers).
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques and concepts such as regression, time series analysis, statistical distributions, and statistical tests.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Expertise in at least one Deep Learning framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet.
• Experience building data pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Distributed Computing tools such as Hadoop, MapReduce, and Spark.
• Knowledge of Credit Risk Modeling.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Deep Reinforcement Learning or Graph Neural Networks.
• Experience using MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or SageMaker is highly desirable.
