Essential duties

• Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets.
• Escalating any serious problems to relevant departments and teams.
• Respond to and assist with all ZERO10 AR Mirrors-related help calls.
• Maintain constant communication with the Project's Team.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Travel to events around the world when necessary.

Skills

• Experience in IT Service Desk services.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing day-to-day changes with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to utilize various types of audiovisual equipment.
• Competent in operating equipment such as telephone systems, the internet, sound, lighting, visuals, electronics, podiums, and computer equipment.
• Must be able to set, strike, and operate AV equipment such as, but not limited to: audio consoles, PA speakers, video switchers, display monitors, cameras, etc.
• Unmatched attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of event experience in similar roles.
• Experience in the technical delivery of high-quality events is preferred.
