Responsibilities

• Design, implement, debug and tune software for intraoral scanning and application processing these scans.
• Managing a group of software engineers and leading them to meet their goals - on the personal, group, and company levels.
• To be ready to discuss requirements timelines and implementation status.
• To act as a local focal point and centre of leadership – for personal or technical issues.
• To own quality with code, products, and teams. To act as Agile coach when needed.
• To deliver, or own the deliveries, on time on content, and on quality.

Requirements

• Fairly good knowledge of C++ and modern technologies.
• Experience in leading team of 4-8 engineers.
• Experience in commercial software development.
• Knowledge of English language: communication skills at upper-intermediate, able to read & write technical English documents quickly.
