That's where you come in. We're on the hunt for a Lead DevOps Engineer, someone who can meet the unique needs of each product while also establishing a unified technological platform. If you're up for the challenge and ready to spearhead our team, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Leading a platform team of DevOps Engineers.
- Promoting and developing DevOps practices within the team and the company as a whole.
- Working on the strategy and development of the company's common development technology platform.
- Designing infrastructure solutions for existing and new gaming products.
- Incident management and problem-solving.
- Enhancing the effectiveness of the technology platform.
- Developing the team by boosting its expertise, motivation, and hiring.
Our perfect candidate
- Has experience managing and developing a DevOps team.
- Has practical experience in implementing and maintaining fault-tolerant systems, databases, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Has worked with AWS and K8s.
- Is capable of organizing efficient CI/CD pipelines, as evidenced by their experience.
- Works with infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Believes that effective processes can only be built with well-established feedback within the team.
- Is willing to constantly learn something new, apply best practices, and share their experience and knowledge with colleagues.
- Speaks Russian fluently.
