Windows Server Engineer

You will

• Drive performance troubleshooting, conduct root cause investigations, and design high-performance solutions for critical business services hosted on an extensive array of both physical and virtual Windows servers (1200 VMs) within a hybrid environment (VMWare, AWS, AliCloud, Azure).
• Support ActiveDirectory infrastructure and related services in production and testing environments.
• Work closely with the Security Department to implement security practices and solutions.
• Implement automation as much as possible, developing in Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform or Nomad solutions.
• Help other teams troubleshoot performance and stability issues and participate in developing infrastructure solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.

What makes you a great fit

• Excellent debugging skills, hands-on experience with Sysinternals suite, xPerf, WPA, WinDBG.
• 5+ years of experience with Windows Server.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with Powershell scripting.
• Experience with IaS cloud providers (AWS, GoogleCloud, AliCloud).
• Experience in performing testing, analyzing bottlenecks, logs, deep understanding of memory and CPU utilization.
• Practical understanding of IaC, HA, and DR concepts.
• Experience with Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform or Nomad will be considered highly advantageous.
• Working experience within the trading, forex, fintech industries will be considered highly advantageous.
