Product Design Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Design Director.
• Handle communications between product art directors and the manager department to help orginize design stage.
• Efficiently manage time by tracking progress and deadlines, prioritise tasks accordingly, respond quickly to delays in the delivery of design or external resources.
• Ensure all information is up-to-date and can provide real-time project status updates.
• Proactively initiate communication with external teams to clarify unclear briefs and inadequate deadlines.
• Request design resources and artwork from the external teams and outsourced vendors.
• Develop brief templates, reports, manage artwork libraries.
• Actively participate in resolving situations where the design result is not accepted or not delivered on time.

Requirements

• Well organised is the key requirement.
• Minimum two years of experience in advertising or product design studios.
• Knowledge of the product delivering flow, especially UI design stage and artwork production.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and align tasks with goals.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work iteratively, and share results regularly.
• Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Google Docs, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe services.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written business English.
