We provide innovative solutions that automate and enhance social media interactions, content creation, and engagement strategies.
We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Head of AI to lead our AI-initiatives. The Head of AI will be responsible for transforming data science prototypes into working models, implementing the latest ML-algorithms, designing scalable systems, and staying updated on generative technologies.
This role involves developing ML-applications to solve real-world problems, creating prototypes for multimodal content, and transitioning these into fully-fledged products. The Head of AI will lead machine learning teams, understand the business impact of AI-features, and drive AI-research and development.
You will
- Convert data science prototypes into functional, working models.
- Implement the latest machine learning algorithms and tools.
- Design scalable and efficient machine learning systems.
- Develop ML-applications that address real-world problems.
- Create and refine prototypes for multimodal content, including text, audio, images, and video.
- Lead and manage machine learning team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure an effective product integration pipeline is maintained.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative technologies and their applications.
- Conduct AI-research and development to keep the company at the cutting edge of technology.
- Perform advanced data analysis and ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Understand and communicate the business impact of AI- and ML-features, driving strategic decisions based on data insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning, including practical prototype development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of machine learning research and generative technologies.
- Expertise in designing scalable machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in developing business-specific machine learning applications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading AI-projects.
- Ability to maintain an effective product integration pipeline.
- Deep understanding of the business impacts of AI- and ML-technologies.
- Advanced data analysis skills and experience in CI/CD.
- Experience in ResearchOps, MLOps, and DataOps.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven capability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Skilled in AI-as-a-Service provision.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
Conditions
Salary:
- Monthly income: 8,000 EUR net during the 3-month probation period.
- 9,000 EUR net thereafter.
- Quarterly bonus of 1,500 EUR based on the achievement of KPIs (OKRs).
