We are seeking a talented Jira Administrator with a minimum of 3 years experience with Atlassian products.
You have our employees in several countries, so you will be responsible for dealing with inquiries from different countries and locations.
Hybrid work mode.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive support and administration of Atlassian products.
- Working with user requests, joint search for optimal solutions.
- Creation and development of projects, business processes and automations.
- Preparation and updating of documentation, customization of dashboards.
- System integration, independent scripting.
Qualifications
- Experience in administration of Atlassian products (Cloud) from 3 years.
- Experience with popular plugins, knowledge of their capabilities and limitations.
- Experience in automating processes, including with ScriptRunner.
- Advanced analytical and design skills as a plus.
- English language proficiency from B1 level.
