• Our company is dedicated to crafting services that streamline the daily operations within the fintech ecosystem of our Bank, designed to simplify the resolution of routine tasks for businesses. By providing intuitive tools for operational activities and business task execution, we enable our partners to focus primarily on expanding their products. Currently, we are developing a Spending Management product, aimed at offering businesses a clear perspective on their expenditures and engaging them in their optimization. Our goal is to deliver simplicity and efficiency, ensuring that our partners can direct their energies towards growth, with the financial clarity they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a team to create a new product from scratch.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards and processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

What we expect

• 2+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and Data Modeling.
• Strong Problem-Solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The advantage will be:

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architectures.
• Experience in fintech or interaction with payment systems or services.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS and OWASP principles.
