They follow the data-informed approach in recruiting and use multiple top-notch SaaS tools to automate their processes, gather data, and search for insights on recruiting process effectiveness, candidate experience, talent marketing, and brand.
Business Technology Team is responsible for the development and implementation of IT solutions in the company's ecosystem to automate internal command processes, maintain consistency of data flows, support internal infrastructure (Salesforce, HubSpot, Customer.io, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Admin panel). For now team is looking for a Backend Engineer (Business Technology).

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Identify synergies between software components and improve the efficiency of development and code maintenance.
- Keep the product vision and the engineering strategy in mind while working on details.
- Identify cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with them.
- Help to build flexible, future-proof solutions.
- Continuously improve our agile development process.
- Help other engineers with development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend experience, Java ecosystem is preferable, but other languages aren't blockers.
- 3+ years of experience designing, coding, testing and debugging commercial software.
- Experience with RDBMS e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Ability and openness to learn, fail, reflect and apply learnings moving forward.
- Curiosity and strong collaboration skills.
- Understanding of high-load architecture and SaaS infrastructure.
- Care about quality a lot and know how to ship high-quality code.
