Product Manager

You will

• Drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products.
• Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process.
• Craft a product vision (short- and long-term) and convert it to concrete strategy.
• Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities.
• Partner with business owners and Agile product teams to build roadmaps that will be reflected in the company's broader planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience in creating or collaborating on both B2B- & B2C-products.
• Ability to engage in detailed discussions about product development and management.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
• Experience in usability and customer-focused design.
• Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.
• You have launched several Web or Mobile projects within a product.
• You can prioritize tasks using ICE, RICE or some other methodology (but you know when this isn’t necessary).
• You are data-driven with great analytics skills, experience with Amplitude, Metabase or Apache Superset.
• Excellent written English: we have a strong product documentation culture here that we would want to develop even further.
• An eye for design. ZERO10 is in many ways a design-driven company, and we expect you to share our definitions of good design.
• You’re comfortable working in a deeply collaborative, highly technical team.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience with SQL querying and with back-end and front-end programming languages.
