Insight Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide fact-based recommendations and actions to the decision makers.
• Analyse daily/weekly/monthly KPI performance.
• Monitor actual vs target, helping the team in setting and achieving targets.
• Collaborate with CRM, VIP, Casino, Sports, Marketing and other departments.
• Build data models focused on player value, segmentation and behaviour analysis.
• Collaborate with the data teams to improve the overall BI and analytics offering for the sports team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings.

• Excellent English communication skills.
