Product Manager (Layer 2)

We are looking in the US time zone (Pacific Time Zone).

• Staking infrastructure and services for banks, custodians, exchanges, wallets and institutional investors.
• Blockchain foundation teams with infrastructure and services for faster product development.
• Investors with a single entry point to all blockchains.
• Developers with access to blockchain data.

About project

• Layer 2s are the cutting edge of scaling, and the space is a key focus area for P2P in 2024. $200 billion in Ethereum security underpins these network, however the economic activity in this system is disconnected from the layer 1 staking economy.
• Due to the fact that this is the cutting edge technologies, we are among the first to developers to make those innovations real. But this new stuff is based on the best know-hows that the economy can offer. Also, it means that most of the basic stuff is not built yet, so it is required to assemble best solutions on legacy-free environment.
• P2P.org is included into the selected list of companies that participate in closed sets for Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova validation.

Besides that, we have already established connections, and we will begin our work in:

• Polygon.
• ZKSync.
• Scroll.
• Starknet.
• Taiko.
• And other L2s.

What we do

• Work alongside L2 & EL Unit Leads to support new product launches.
• Fully own a sub-set of our blockchain portfolio in the L2|EL ecosystem, i.e. be responsible for all aspects of our operations and product metrics in these chains.
• Develop and validate product hypotheses and support feature implementation.
• Research new growth opportunities, both within and outside the existing network portfolio.
• Build relationships with key partners in the ecosystem.
• Work closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure product success and achievement of key metrics goals (DevOps, developers, marketing, sales, finance).
• Actively participate in the community life (collaboration with the validator community, act as an expert for our client support team, participate in on-chain governance & community discussions).
• Work on ZK hardware deals.

Requirements

• Experience in product and team management as a Product Manager or Product Owner of 3+ years (preferable: fintech or web3 companies).
• A passion for decentralized technology concepts.
• Prior experience working in web3 will be a plus.
• Experience with B2B products and/or sales.
• Data-driven approach and analytical mindset.
• Successful products in a portfolio or growth hacks that you are proud of.
• Expertise in product management: analytics, finance, planning, marketing.
• Entrepreneurial thinking.
• Fluent English.
