Senior DevOps Engineer (Nginx/OpenResty)

What you will do

• Design, configure, and deploy Nginx and OpenResty servers based on project requirements and best practices.
• Optimize Nginx and OpenResty configurations for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Nginx and OpenResty deployments, including performance bottlenecks, server errors, and security vulnerabilities.
• Monitor Nginx and OpenResty servers for performance and security incidents, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Nginx and OpenResty technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our infrastructure and operations.
• Document Nginx and OpenResty configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience and deep understanding Nginx, OpenResty (understanding of principle and methods of processing compounds).
• Strong experience with Linux at least 5 years.
• Strong understanding of web server technologies, including HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and caching mechanisms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Bash, Python.
• Proficiency in Lua.
• Experience with Clouds would be an advantage (AWS, Azure, GPC).
• Understanding IaC approach.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvemen.
