We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong professional skills in Business Analysis and Product Ownership to lead and drive our Product Owners department. As the Head of Product Owners, you will play a key role in establishing and managing a high-performing teams of product owners, while also leveraging your expertise in business analysis and product management to drive the success of our product development efforts.
BrainRocket is hiring specialists who have already relocated from Russia.
This key person’s responsibilities will include:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product owners, providing guidance and support to help them effectively prioritize and manage their product backlogs.
- Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and timelines, and facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the development process.
- Own the Agile development process for your product teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Monitor and track progress against goals and milestones, and proactively identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may impact delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the Agile development process, incorporating feedback and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a track record of delivering successful products/features in an agile environment.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience implementing agile practices within product development teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interface with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in iGaming industry is a plus.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills — must.
