Product Manager (Payments or Banking Products)

What you will be doing

• Pitching and positioning ideas for product and feature development.
• Working with engineering and design teams to bring the product to life.
• Ensuring that each product meets the needs of the target customer.

About you

Knowledge and abilities:

• You have strong written and verbal English and Russian skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• You have an exceptional knowledge of card payment processing products gained through working for a PSP or an acquiring bank with a proven track record of launching and maintaining payment products (is a plus).
• You have a deep understanding of a contemporary payment's ecosystem, especially card products, payment processing protocols and standards (is a plus).
• You have deep understanding of the banking ecosystem and its main products (is a plus).
• You have understanding of market trends and what contemporary digital banking and banking should be (is a plus).

Ability to:

• To roll up your sleeves, solve problems and build long-term solutions.
• To envision the short term and long term horizon of the product.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA or related is a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ years in a Product Manager / Product Owner role in payments or neo banking domains.
