QA Engineer (Chatbot)

You will

• Define and implement effective test strategies, collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
• Play a crucial role in maintaining the quality, security, and reliability of the chatbot LLM-application.
• Create comprehensive test plans for the entire chatbot system, ensuring optimal test coverage.
• Analyse and test new functional requirements in collaboration with the development team.
• Utilise a variety of testing methods and approaches to enhance the test framework and infrastructure.
• Review and contribute to automated tests, ensuring required test coverage, conducting performance testing.

What makes you a great fit

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, with expertise in testing backend, frontend, and mobile native applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, approaches, and test design techniques.
• Experience with ML applications, ideally conversational AI systems, will be considered an advantage.
• The desire to develop a deep understanding of the work of LLMs and use them in your work.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and REST API.
• Experience in test automation using Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), etc.
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice to have:

• Collaborate within a newly formed product team, avoiding legacy challenges.

• Technical Interview (1 hour).
