Product Manager (Crypto Processing)

What you will be doing

Pitching and positioning new ideas for product and feature development:

• Refine FinTech's vision for crypto-fiat projects and maintain the Products’ Roadmap in collaboration with the product development team.
• Deliver innovation via continuous product development and business process improvement.
• Assume the role of FinTech subject matter expert, building a strong understanding of our business model, market and industry.
• Gather product requirements to discover new ways of working and drive a new solution architecture.
• Manage the feature backlog, including prioritizing and Roadmap planning.

Working with engineering and design teams to bring the product to life:

• Work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance, while ensuring revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Ensuring that each product meets the needs of the target user or customer.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics to incorporate into product planning.
• Communicate the state of projects across the team and Executives.

Requirements

Knowledge and abilities:

• You have strong written and verbal English and Russian skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• You have strong sense of responsibility with a bias towards action.
• You have a scrappy and “hustle” mindset with a healthy dose of skepticism.
• You are results-oriented with a bias towards action.
• You are good-natured and a generally positive person.

Ability:

• To roll up your sleeves, solve problems and build long-term solutions.
• To envision the short term and long-term horizons of the product.
• To constantly iterate.

Education:

• A bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA or related is a plus.

Experience:

• Relevant experience (is a must) in building: fiat-crypto-fiat on/off ramps OR integrating with exchanges OR integrating with payment providers OR building crypto trading platforms OR building crypto e-wallets.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience building crypto-fiat projects.
