Delivery Director

What you will do

• Develop product strategy in a partnership with the producer.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases.
• Lead all aspects of technology development and implementation, including software engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations.
• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring the team adapts to evolving business and technology environments.
• Build and lead effective teams of developers, QA engineers, artists and support agents that continually improve and deliver value.
• Contribute to the improvement of Team’s product leadership capability.
• Manage P&L and ensure cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading engineering teams of 40+ people and delivering impactful results in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
• Track record managing business-critical, cross-functional initiatives in a software development environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenge.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
