Tech Lead (Traceability)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to assess an organisation’s overarching goals.
• Understanding of Agile development methodology.
• Ability to document and collaborate with other teams using project management software (Jira).
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to change.
• Ability to research and learn new software systems with minimal formal training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with high load systems preferred.
• Programming skills: Kotlin, Java, Python.
• General instruments of JVM-stack: Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, JaCoCo, Quarkus, Apache Camel, Spring Boot, JPA, JDBC, Spring Security, web-services development.
• Advanced skill with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis).
• Development in clouds technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio.
• Understanding of microservice, serverless, event-driven architecture.
