Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Selection and calculation of product metrics and business metrics during project and product feature implementations.
• Investigation of significant deviations in key metrics, identification of growth points, and direction for product development.
• Evaluation of potential profits from projects or product features.
• Maintenance of the analytics system documentation in the company's knowledge base as an integral part of the product.
• Conducting A/B testing, actively participating in the development of testing conditions, and interpreting results.
• Providing recommendations for product improvement and identifying optimal solutions to enhance user-product interactions.
• Conducting Ad-hoc analytics to support product decision-making.
• Collaborating with all teams in the Data Department to optimize data flows, control data quality and integrity, and create data marts for the product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product or data analytics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to critically evaluate hypotheses, analyze and structure data, draw conclusions, and establish relationships in data.
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics and practical experience in its application.
• Proficient use of Python, along with experience in SQL.
• Ability to choose the appropriate method for evaluating data-analytics, research, or utilization of external data.
• Fluency in Russian.
