We are looking for a IT Manager Node.js who will be working with DevOps team of the company.
BrainRocket is hiring specialists who have already relocated from Russia and Belarus.
Daily and monthly responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution.
- Time and efforts tracking, regular status reporting.
- Development team coordination.
- Project risk management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Managing team experience.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence.
- Advanced verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of time management.
- Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks.
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.
Could be a plus:
- PMP, PSM or the equivalent certificates.
