Senior Recruiter

You will

• Hire specialists like quantitative researchers, traders, algo developers, etc.
• Conduct interviews and participate in assessments of the soft skills and competencies of candidates.
• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
• Keep analytics and reporting on your work.
• Cooperate with and support hiring managers through the whole recruitment process and after.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT recruitment experience (fintech/HFT would be a plus).
• 2+ years of international hiring experience.
• Experience hiring within a fast-growing company.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
• Experience in working closely with agencies when requiring additional support.
• Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
• Spoken and written English level C1-2.
