Participating in the development of a new innovative product for the retail segment.
Creating product documentation.
Based on the described AS IS processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions for optimization in collaboration with the team.
Establishing the process logic of the product.
Outlining functional requirements.
Describing the client-side of the developed product.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BA role.
Attention to details.
Ability to see the overall picture of the project, understanding which tasks and problems impact its implementation.
Proven experience working with international products at the intersection of software, hardware, and client experience.
Proficient in English, conversational Russian.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or other project management methodologies.
Documentation systems (Wiki, Confluence, etc.), task trackers (Jira, Teams, etc.).
Notations: UML, BPMN, ArchiMate.
