Our employees are involved in work under outsourcing and outstaffing contracts. Currently, the Company has a reliable income from Russian and foreign key clients. New projects of partner companies require staff expansion.

We are looking for a business analyst to join the team of our new product. Together with the team, you will be at the forefront of creating a new format of automation for international retail. We provide relocation to the UAE.

Key duties
- Participating in the development of a new innovative product for the retail segment.
- Creating product documentation.
- Based on the described AS IS processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions for optimization in collaboration with the team.
- Establishing the process logic of the product.
- Outlining functional requirements.
- Describing the client-side of the developed product.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BA role.
- System approach.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to see the overall picture of the project, understanding which tasks and problems impact its implementation.
- Proven experience working with international products at the intersection of software, hardware, and client experience.
- Proficient in English, conversational Russian.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or other project management methodologies.
- Documentation systems (Wiki, Confluence, etc.), task trackers (Jira, Teams, etc.).
- Notations: UML, BPMN, ArchiMate.
