Operational Planning Manager

Duties and opportunities

• Organize and coordinate quarterly planning process.
• Organize related communications.
• Maintain planning documentation/Jira/Confluence/respective knowledge bases.
• Contribute to the corporate improvement of planning process (tools, reporting, etc.).
• Respective project management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder's feedback.
• Operate daily planning activities, related reporting.
• Set and control related standards.
• Monitor the planning process execution/tool usage.

Requirements

• Project control and execution.
• Stakeholder management.
• Clear communication appropriate for audience level.
• Conducting effective meetings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Intermediate+ level of English (both verbal and written).
