Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech)

What the job involves

• Full cycle recruitment for (mostly) senior engineering and product management roles across all our locations (CY, UK in particular).
• You will be working with a high level of autonomy.
• Helping us to shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process.
• Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve the HR brand.

Requirements

• 4+ years of tech (engineering) recruitment experience at a scale-up or large tech.
• Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated.
• Profound knowledge of all modern sourcing technologies.
• Great communication skills and client-centered approach.
• Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously.
• Good understanding of the RU, CY and European talent markets.
• Fluent English is a must.
