Senior HR BP

You will

• Provide full support for leaders and teams in all HR practices.
• Manage the following aspects of staff development: onboarding, performance review, and career.
• Development, coaching, and talent management.
• Work with motivation, both financial and non-financial.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the team by monitoring engagement, loyalty, and knowledge.
• Management, performance management.
• Work with TopTalent and the growth of HiPo employees.
• Assist in resolving disputes within teams, facilitating complex cases, and conducting exit interviews.
• Address operational management tasks.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner in fintech (preferred) or IT companies.
• Experience in building partnerships with executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Experience with processes in fast-growing companies.
• Experience in strategic planning and project implementation (independently and as a Project Manager).
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Understanding of various approaches to Performance review, working with both financial and.
• Non-financial employee motivation.
• Proactive and positive attitude (necessarily).
