Project Manager

You will

Asynchronous work:

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve asynchronous work rules based on internal requests, identified problems, external/internal best practices, and business needs.
• Set up and maintain Confluence.

Documentation:

• Monitor adherence to asynchronous work rules throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Create detailed process descriptions and prepare instructional materials.
• Develop and organize training events.
• Provide regular developmental feedback to teams to enhance the quality of asynchronous work.
• Assist new employees in their initial projects.

Support and implementation:

• Support teams in the asynchronous work process, analyzing and resolving difficulties and problems.
• Implement asynchronous work processes within teams.
• Undertake other tasks aligned with the goals and objectives of the Operations Team.

Required experience

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Management, Scrum Master, or Change Agent role.
• Excellent proficiency in Confluence and Jira.
• English proficiency at level B2+.
• Proficiency in writing clear and simple documentation and instructions.
• Experience in onboarding and online training.
• Exceptional communication skills, including asynchronous communication.
• Experience driving change and improvements as a Change Agent.
• Strong skills in providing developmental feedback.
• Positive and creative mindset.
• Quick thinking and reaction.
• High-level customer service and empathy.
• Flexibility and a proactive approach.
• Enthusiastic about work and dedicated to delivering quality.
• Experience in setting up processes from scratch.
• Music background is advantageous.
