Scope
- Customer development.
- Conduct market research using secondary and primary data and working with our customers.
- Use the received information to analyze the market and identify niches.
- Form a product vision based on the received results.
- Launch and test hypotheses, thus getting real-time market feedback.
- Transfer the data to the development team.
Develop product vision:
- Creating the product vision approach.
- Assessing the product vision process.
Develop a product strategy:
- Identifying the product's target audience.
- Specifying the problem of the user.
- Defining the current state of the product experience and the target user experience.
- Outlining effective product design principles.
- Keeping the strategy focused on the customer's ultimate experience.
- Implementing and executing the strategy.
Build and track product performance measures:
- Determining the success metrics to measure performance.
- Making objective, data-driven judgments.
- Identifying areas for improvement.
Manage cross-functional teams:
- Collaborating across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.
- Recruiting high-performing product team members.
- Driving team collaboration.
- Creating the product vision approach.
Work in close collaboration with the technical team and CTO:
- Manage the backlog.
- Formulate product-oriented sprint targets.
Expectations
- 5+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at both major internet players and startups.
- Drive to create groundbreaking products and create exponential success as part of a high-performing team.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles.
- Passionate about the customers and demonstrated experience building a relationship with them.
- Experience interpreting customer needs and market trends, especially in AI and Social Networks areas.
- Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technology delivery.
- Ability to think critically, look at the big picture, and spot what is missing, taking advantage of it to propose improvements and deliver business insights.
- Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.
- A data-driven method for decision-making using KPIs and metrics.
