We are searching for a Senior Business System Analyst with system design experience who will be responsible for analyzing user stories and preparing detailed requirements that will become digital solutions. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Development team.

Unfortunately, we have a hiring freeze in Russia and Belarus, but we will be happy to hire people who have already relocated from Russia/Belarus.

What you will do

Prepare detailed requirements for the development team and coordinate them with all stakeholders.
Participate in technical design process.
Together with the Product Manager, participate in product research to identify user stories.
Create a user flow based on user stories; work with use cases; analyse the interaction between systems.
Detail the product increment to a degree understandable to the designer and development team, and formalise product increment acceptance criteria.
Participate in customer satisfaction research and suggest changes based on feedback received.
Participate in the development process, demonstration, and acceptance of the developed product increment.
Review documentation and oversee the cross-review process.

About you

At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst.
You know how to «dig into» technical or business specifications, systematise everything and come back with clear requirements.
High communication skills, negotiation, and facilitation.
Understanding the working principles of web applications.
Understanding of software development frameworks.
Experience with system integrations design.
Experience with DBs.
Experience in business methods of describing the requirements (User Story, Customer Journey Map, User Flow, UML, BPMN).
Exceptional expertise in business and system analysis within the Scrum framework.
Professional fluency in English.
