We seek a strategic thinker to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions. This role is pivotal in shaping our service business processes within the IT domain. As the Head of QA, you will be critical in improving and developing our quality assurance strategies, ensuring our services meet the highest standards.

What you will do

  • Design and implement strategic plans to enhance quality assurance and control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance practices into all aspects of our operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.
  • Establish and monitor key quality metrics, report on performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the QA team and other departments.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Drive innovation in QA processes and tools to maintain excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About you

  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented team player.
  • A master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a robust background in QA.
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • An excellent level of English, at least Upper-Intermediate+. Fluent Russian is essential.

​Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in test automation and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Understanding of DevOps processes.
