You will join our newly formed product team, where you will contribute to developing an intelligent chatbot to improve our customers' experience. Your primary focus will be leveraging cutting-edge conversational AI technologies and configuring traditional and large language models (LLM). You will need a passion for technology to make a meaningful impact in this role.

You will

Develop, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art LLM applications for our customer support service.
Work inside the cross-functional product development team and integrate ML models into the chatbot ecosystem to improve user experience.
Fine-tune new LLM models, deploy them in production, write bindings for microservices.
Be responsible for model monitoring and maintenance. After the model is ready, we aim to monitor its metrics to understand when we should interfere and update the model.

What makes you a great fit

MS degree in computer science or a similar field or demonstrable working experience in software engineering.
Three or more years of the machine learning experience.
Knowledge of chatbot technologies and building conversational AI systems.
A deep understanding of modern LLMs (OpenAI GPT-*, Google BERT, Llama, etc.).
Experience with frameworks for developing applications powered by LLM, like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack.
Experience in deploying and fine-tuning LLM on GPU.
Good understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
Strong experience with machine learning, particularly NLP technologies, and the TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
Proficiency in Python and relevant Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, etc.).
Experience in building and deploying AI models in a production environment.
Three or more years of industry experience in software engineering in Python (REST, FastAPI).
Ability to build applications and familiarity with best practices such as CI/CD, testing, and coding standards.
Experience with DevOps stack (Docker, K8s).
At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
