Machine Learning Engineer (ChatBot Team)

You will

• Develop, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art LLM applications for our customer support service.
• Work inside the cross-functional product development team and integrate ML models into the chatbot ecosystem to improve user experience.
• Fine-tune new LLM models, deploy them in production, write bindings for microservices.
• Be responsible for model monitoring and maintenance. After the model is ready, we aim to monitor its metrics to understand when we should interfere and update the model.

What makes you a great fit

• MS degree in computer science or a similar field or demonstrable working experience in software engineering.
• Three or more years of the machine learning experience.
• Knowledge of chatbot technologies and building conversational AI systems.
• A deep understanding of modern LLMs (OpenAI GPT-*, Google BERT, Llama, etc.).
• Experience with frameworks for developing applications powered by LLM, like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack.
• Experience in deploying and fine-tuning LLM on GPU.
• Good understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Strong experience with machine learning, particularly NLP technologies, and the TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, etc.).
• Experience in building and deploying AI models in a production environment.
• Three or more years of industry experience in software engineering in Python (REST, FastAPI).
• Ability to build applications and familiarity with best practices such as CI/CD, testing, and coding standards.
• Experience with DevOps stack (Docker, K8s).
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
