Persona.ly, is a global company with a machine-learning based RTB platform with representations in Russia, India, South Korea. Japan and headquarters in Israel.

We are seeking a Middle Java developer with Backend expertise for fully remote work on our new product — an app we are developing.

We are building a brand-new application from scratch

  • Be the t’s first BE developer in the development team of this specific application, developing in Java.
  • Developing internal dashboards in React (10% of the time).
  • Focus on scalability & performance.
  • Have ownership of tasks from A to Z.

Desired experience and knowledge

  • 3–4 years of experience developing APIs for mobile apps-must.
  • Proven experience developing an app in production with a scale of users — must!
  • Proven experience in Java programming — must!
  • Experience with React — must!
  • Familiarity with the Ad-Tech or Gaming industries — a significant advantage.
  • High level of proficiency in English.
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and sense of ownership.
  • Registration or ability to register as an IE/IP (individual entrepreneur).
