IT HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Selection of targeted personnel (IT and non-IT), interaction with internal customers, adjusting the candidate’s portrait, defining search criteria, conducting interviews.
• Ensuring the functioning of the department, interacting with a Records Specialist, building and improving existing HR processes.
• Improving the system, onboarding newcomers, conducting welcome-days.
• Conducting surveys, development of corporate culture, increasing employee engagement.
• Participation in other HR department projects to optimize the company’s business processes.

Requirements

• Experience in IT recruiting, experience with filling different vacancies, knowledge of interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of English at level B1.
