Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, taking job vacancies, and devising search strategies.
• Working with the internal candidate database and participating in its organization and configuration.
• Searching for the best technical specialists using all available tools, channels, and sources.
• Analyzing the market and monitoring industry changes.
• Participating in HR team projects.

Requirements

• Experience in the role of a technical sourcer for at least 6 months.
• Understanding of technical roles, technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
• Proficient in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, Boolean searches, online databases, and talent communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
