The job
As a prominent innovator in the field of AR Mirrors catering to both retail and diverse sectors, we are currently seeking a Product & Project Support Manager. In this role, the selected individual will assume responsibility for overseeing the AR Mirror product and delivering crucial support for the product-related facets of our projects. They will work collaboratively with our established project teams, ensuring seamless coordination and integration.
Main functions
Product support:
- Own the AR Mirror backlog and roadmap.
- Manage the design and development of new AR Mirror features.
- Provide technical insights and support to the project team during the product development and installation phases.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure that technical and product aspects align with client requirements and our abilities.
- Address any technical challenges that arise, collaborating with the team to find solutions.
Client requirements gathering:
- Facilitate client meetings to decode their specific needs for the AR mirrors.
- Convert intricate client requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Ensure these specifications are effectively communicated to the project and development teams.
Continuous improvement:
- Collaborate with project teams post-delivery to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement.
- Share insights with the CPO about client feedback, technical challenges, and project outcomes.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a product management role.
- Experience with B2B products or agency work.
- Interest in tech and fashion (both are required).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Autonomous technical & design skills:
- Can launch things in Terminal.
- Have a feel for good design and can move things around in Figma when necessary.
- Can create automations with various no-code tools (we’ll teach you if necessary).
Ability to work with various analytics tools:
- Amplitude (this is what we use).
- Google Sheets (this is how we send the reports to our clients).
- Pure SQL, Superset, etc. — we have ambitious plans.
