HR Manager

You will

• Support Employee relations and performance management, both for Cyprus-based and remote teams.
• Facilitate communication within the team.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans together with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Conduct trainings and professional development programs.
• Conduct internal interviews and surveys.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Skills

• Proven experience in an HR position.
• Knowledge of HR functions.
• Understanding of disciplinary procedures.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or a relevant field; further training will be a plus.
• HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute) will be a plus.
• Fluent Russian will be a plus.
