We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager who is passionate about cultivating a vibrant organizational culture, strengthening internal communications, and championing the well-being and growth of our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for developing HR systems, overseeing employee databases, and conducting performance reviews.
You will
- Support Employee relations and performance management, both for Cyprus-based and remote teams.
- Facilitate communication within the team.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans together with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Conduct trainings and professional development programs.
- Conduct internal interviews and surveys.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Skills
- Proven experience in an HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions.
- Understanding of disciplinary procedures.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or a relevant field; further training will be a plus.
- HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute) will be a plus.
- Fluent Russian will be a plus.
