QA Manual

What you will do

• Manual UI and API testing for web and mobile platforms.
• Detect, analyze and isolate defects and report them to an issue and project tracking software.
• Oversee implementation processes as well as live integrations and advise on improvements.
• Be a reliable, friendly source of feedback on new functionality and features.
• Have good knowledge of all testing stages (i.e., regression, smoke, sanity).
• Design detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
• Create, execute, analyze test cases and localize defects.
• Validate bug fixes.
• Arrange QA activities in line with release schedules.
• Manage time efficiently.
• Provide regular updates on testing to the colleagues in the development.

Requirements

• Knowledge of testing theory (from “Static testing” to “Test Design Techniques”).
• 4 or more years of manual testing.
• Ability to apply theory in practice.
• Knowledge of SQL (SELECTs, JOINs, Subqueries).
• Knowledge of the main principles of how the Internet works.
• Experience with manual testing tools from our stack or similar analogs.
• Excellent fault-finding, debugging, and diagnostic skills.

It will be nice if:

• You are curious about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and banking.
• You have ISTQB Certification.
• You have experience in automation testing.
• You have experience as a Release Manager.
• You are experienced in working in the FinTech industry.
