Technical Director

You will

• Develop and lead the technical vision and architectural strategy for the new R&D team, design pipelines to enable efficient real-time game development.
• Lead the design and implementation of the game's architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of technology development and implementation, including software engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and optimize the game engine architecture, ensuring seamless real-time performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other stakeholders to provide technical support and guidance in the realization of creative visions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Architect or CTO positions.
• Strong background in C#/.NET.
• Strong technical background dealing with high-load systems in a product company (preferably game dev).
• Familiarity with real-time networking and multiplayer game development.
• Experience with Kubernetes (or alternatives) and cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS.
• Previous experience with the Unity Engine is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding effective solutions to technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
