Backend Developer (.NET)

You will

• Deliver value for our customers.
• Improve the stability and observability of our product.
• Develop parts of the application: design, refactoring, fixing bugs, and writing tests to maintain the quality and functionality of the product and libraries.
• Review code and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in .NET development and test coverage.
• Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Database concurrency.
• Upper-Intermediate English and Russian: both written and spoken.
• A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics.
• Integrity and full commitment.

• Readiness to work in an intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and determination to break through.
