Responsibilities

• The e-Credit IT team looks for a Senior Java Developer with strong Market Connectivity expertise. The person will be part of the global team, with headquarters based in London. As the team is scaling the decision was made to utilize B.TECH capacity and establish presence in Russia.
• The global team works closely with the e-Credit trading desk, developing a modular based platform for pricing and trade processing of corporate bonds. Part of this platform consists of a proprietary market connectivity layer integrating the platform to numerous trading venues via a variety of protocols. The connectivity layer needs continuous development to accommodate the new features of the trading processes. The development is done in Java. Solid core Java knowledge is required along with good experience in the domain field.

Requirements

• English: Upper intermediate+.
• Java experience 4+ years.
• Experience working in Financial or Capital Market sector (any exp goes).
• Multithreading (can write concurrent code, reason about correctness).
• Java 8+.
• Experience with real-time event processing systems or Market Connectivity.
• Be familiar with UNIX or LINUX servers.
• Testing (writing tests - unit, functional etc; TDD practice is nice but not required).
