They have different types of pricing: time and distance, flat rates for airports, driver for a day, in city / out of city rates, etc. There are also different prices for service levels, which are primarily affected by the car type and the associated cost per kilometre.
With no surge pricing, Wheely fares remain the same in the evenings, on the weekends and over bank holidays. They revise their prices for special occasions like New Year to guarantee their clients the same level of service quality.
