System Analyst

You will

• Given the requirements of trading strategies for developers, discuss all the related details with trading, quant and business teams.
• Work with both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in task setting and the development of technical specifications, be involved in making architectural decisions using facilities of proprietary HFT-class trading platform.
• Analyze risks and causes of errors in system development.
• Coordinate the development process, testing, acceptance, and implementation.
• Сreate robot configurations, test them on a platform backtester, and analyze the results using a platform toolkit.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date user guides.
• Collect statistics and prepare reports on system operation.

We expect you to

• Have at least 2 years of experience working as a Business/System Analyst in algorithmic trading teams.
• Possess solid knowledge of market microstructure, operation mechanisms of exchanges and clearing companies, and derivative financial instruments.
• Be self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have knowledge of linear algebra, numerical methods, probability and statistics.
• Have experience in developing HFT or other trading algorithms: collecting requirements from traders and quants, detailing them, independently working on risky areas, providing detailed descriptions and setting tasks for developers, and actively participating in testing.
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or a related field.
• Have experience in writing documentation such as technical specifications, functional tests, and business requirements.
• Understand JSON and XML, as well as SQL.
