Senior Marketing Manager (Crypto)

You will

• Analyze competitors and identify best practices.
• Ensure end-to-end analytics across all funnels.
• Communicate with partners and organize co-promotional activities.
• Generate leads within a given unit economy.
• Lead work across channels: paid performance, direct, SEO, SMM + community, and events.
• Improve user conversion at all stages of the funnel (in collaboration with the product team).
• Manage the marketing budget and reach KPIs (user acquisition and Conversion rate).
• Develop and implement growth loops.
• Manage influencers integrations, AMA sessions, and podcasts.

Requirements

• Proven track record with KPIs in UA/revenue growth in crypto and/or fintech.
• 4+ years of overall results-oriented experience in digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape. Experience in crypto is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, search ad, target ad, SMM, direct marketing, crypto ad networks.
• Fluent in English (C1 as a minimum) and Russian.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Experience in unit economics.
