We are known as a browser extension that provides a value-adding checkout button for online shopping with over 150 of the largest online retailers in the UK. Our goal is to make shopping cheaper and more enjoyable for everyone!
Our company keeps up with the times, and we are opening a new direction that will allow absolutely any user to make purchases using their crypto wallet. So for this ambitious goal, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who is experienced in the crypto world and passionate about making cryptocurrency more accessible to the everyday lives of millions of users!
You will
- Analyze competitors and identify best practices.
- Ensure end-to-end analytics across all funnels.
- Communicate with partners and organize co-promotional activities.
- Generate leads within a given unit economy.
- Lead work across channels: paid performance, direct, SEO, SMM + community, and events.
- Improve user conversion at all stages of the funnel (in collaboration with the product team).
- Manage the marketing budget and reach KPIs (user acquisition and Conversion rate).
- Develop and implement growth loops.
- Manage influencers integrations, AMA sessions, and podcasts.
Requirements
- Proven track record with KPIs in UA/revenue growth in crypto and/or fintech.
- 4+ years of overall results-oriented experience in digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape. Experience in crypto is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, search ad, target ad, SMM, direct marketing, crypto ad networks.
- Fluent in English (C1 as a minimum) and Russian.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
- Experience in unit economics.
